Puzzle by Vayerman! The Winners!

Hey Earth Researchers!

I gave you very few hints and you found the right answer pretty fast!
This is a symbol used thousands B.C. in culture called Tripoli. It means the sun, shining sun.
Was there any logic ancient people had? I think there was, because when you look at the sun, you naturally smile :) And when you smile, you shine like the sun, right? ;) But this is only my guess, LOL :)
