When my daughter selects a city it says connection error and she is so mad now! Her chobot name is Chloe99

Also my daughter chloe99 has a broekn arm. If she gets a good score though could she get the prize she cant do it well her arm is broekn

And she is sad cuz she isnt doing well cuz her arms broekn shes trying her best. And it keeps taking her to a new game no one knows why
