They arent going to unban him just bc you ask. They are mods and they can ban people who cheat. Cheating is a rule on chobots and he broke that rule, so they banned his acc. Im srry bout him but its just a rule that is really important.

no you ask people to put your name in the invite screen if they make a new acc or in-game
