Its a 100000 years old roman stone that has numbers in it and says: NID SAM (Top) there 2 meanings betwwen NID and Sam. NID is the a shop in Rome, Sam is the name of the Shopkeeper. NID SAM means: the shopkeeper who died in Rome. ~darkstar178~

Yeah, Its an anciet roman stone tablet. We can tell because of the roman numerals on the side and their alpahabet matches the writing on the tablet.
