I haven't entered a video contest in months and I've pretty much moved on from making movies. And the reason Options and Coolguy keep winning is because they put extremely hard work into their videos and they work non-stop for hours.
I wonder why William picks them...
But I do agree with you that there should always be new winners. Everyone improves their skill with practice and a good competition. ;D

Well I'm sure he doesn't just pick friends, he probably just has a little different look on the quality of the videos then others. Everyone can look at a video and think of it differently then another person. :)

Well i had trouble like you Here are some helpful tips so i did some research

1. Use Hypercam 2 Hypercam.com

2. Make sure you Have great timing Like set Record as CTRL + Z
